I am David the Cook, head chef at the Ehrsam Manufactory. I am passionate about the art of cooking and draw inspiration from the fascination of the Middle Ages and the fantasy world. I also bring the experience of a LARP player to my work.
It fills me with joy to present a long-held plan to you: Taverna Fortuna will open its doors to you in 2025! Starting in 2026, the name of this tavern will be based on your preferences.
This project is not driven by the pursuit of wealth, but by pure passion for you, my esteemed guests. Together with my loyal team, I look forward to meeting you in person and convincing you of our offer.
The Taverna Fortuna has 60 comfortable seats available. The day starts with a hearty breakfast so that you can set out on your adventures invigorated.
At lunchtime, we offer a selection of delicious snacks. Since the game often takes unpredictable turns, reservations for lunch are not possible. For dinner, I strongly recommend an early reservation, as the seats are few and far between.
